The developer of Phase 1 are Jesus Vicente D. Fernandez and Maria Luisa M. Fernandez They are also the titled owners and official sellers of the saleable lots.
The other phases are owned and being developed by Fernvale Living and Leisure Development Corp,
the private corporation of Jesus Vicente D. Fernandez and Maria Luisa M. Fernandez, they are the majority
shareholders.
They have been in the property business since the early 1990s.
They have been building and selling residential houses.
They own a 3+ hectare industrial property in Cavite that are leased to different tenants.
They own a commercial property in Parañaque City.
They have commercial rental properties in Coron.
They also have a 6-storey commercial building with tenants in Muntinlupa.
This project is free from any debt. Every lot has a clean title, which you may mortgage to the bank to finance your lot purchase.
Fernvale Phase one already has all the required permits, including the HLURB License-to-Sell.
The permits for the other phases are in process. No selling of any phase will be done unless there is
complete set of permits.
